CREO Development Group, based out of Visalia CA, was formed by Greg Dowds, Alisa Satterlee, and Wayne Scott. These individuals, with their vast experience, versatile expertise, and foundation of faith came together with a vision of building a bridge between land owners and developers to transform and expand the borders of their own city. That was just the beginning. Their vision quickly gained momentum and led the founding partners to expand CREO's reach through out the country.
